Creating and Signing Petitions

Petitions let citizens rally support around a specific cause.

Creating a petition

Give your petition a name, description, and category, and set a target signature count. By default a petition stays open for 7 days, but you can adjust this when creating it.

Signing a petition

Any citizen can sign an open petition once. Signing earns you a small Citizen Capital reward, so it's worth browsing active petitions even ones outside your usual interests.

Template-spawned petitions

Not every petition on the board was created by a player — the game periodically spawns petitions from an admin-curated template pool to keep the board active. These behave identically to player-created ones once live, just without a "posted by" attribution.
