Parties let citizens organise around a shared ideology and pool resources to support candidates.

Founding a party

Any citizen can found a party, choosing a name and an ideology. Once founded, the party gets its own treasury (starting at zero) and a public profile page other players can view.

Joining a party

Browse existing parties from the Parties directory and request to join. A party's leader (and treasurer, if appointed) manage membership, treasury spending, and endorsements.

Roles

• Leader — full control over party settings, treasury spending, and endorsements
• Treasurer — can authorise treasury spending (see Party Treasury & War Chest Operations) without needing to be the leader

Leaving a party is always available from your party's page if you'd rather run independently or switch allegiance.
