Voting on National Events

National events are nation-wide scenarios every citizen can vote on — a mix of admin-authored events and events auto-spawned from crisis templates.

Casting a vote

Each national event presents a small set of options. Pick the one you support before the event's deadline — voting earns you a small Citizen Capital reward. You can only vote once per event.

Resolution

When an event's deadline passes, whichever option received the most votes wins. The winning option applies its configured effects to national-level metrics — stability, economy, and public morale can all move up or down depending on which option prevailed.

Why your vote matters

Because outcomes shift national metrics that ripple into the wider simulation, national events are one of the most direct ways an individual citizen's vote visibly changes the state of the nation.
